The 15 Min Trimm Fitness offers a short, intense workout, which fall under the category of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Numerous studies have shown that HIIT is an efficient way to burn calories both during and after the workout. It elevates the metabolism and enhances fat burning. We will do some exercises with body weight and others with dumbbells.
